Welcome

I am Dorothy Randall.  I am a native of Thomson, GA.  My husband, my daughter, and I all graduated from Thomson High School. Go Dogs!  I have been an employee of McDuffie County Schools for many years.  I started my career with McDuffie County as a paraprofessional in special education.  Subsequently, I returned to college along side my daughter, and I earned a degree in special education.  After graduating from Augusta State University (now Augusta University), I returned to R. L. Norris and became a teacher.  After teaching for a few years, I earned my Master's Degree.  I have taught special education as a resource teacher and as a co-teacher. I am a lead teacher of special education at R. L. Norris Elementary School.
