• Parent Compact for 2021-2022
• Use of Parent Engagement Funds for 2021-2022
• Suggestions for Training for School Staff to Work with Parents for 2021-2022

E-SPLOST Vote March 16, 2021

Voting on an E-SPLOST referendum is to be held on March 16, 2021, for McDuffie County registered voters. Early voting is available from February 22 – March 5, 2021, at the Thomson Precinct on Main Street and from March 8 – March 12, 2021, at Dearing Community Center and the Thomson Precinct on Main Street.

Virtual Parent Workshop on February 18, 2021 @ 3:30 pm

Please join us on February 18, 2021 at 3:30 pm on a Google Meet for a virtual parent workshop designed to help you understand how to help prepare your child for the Georgia Milestones Assessment. Safety Protocols for our Blended Return to School Model on January 25, 2021

As a reminder, we will return to school tomorrow, January 25th, using the blended A/B model. It is imperative that you follow the safety protocols in place regarding Covid-19. Stay home if:
*you are sick
*you show any of the symptoms of Covid-19
*you have been exposed to Covid-19
* you or anyone in your family is waiting for Covid-19 test results

Following these guidelines will minimize exposure to our students, faculty, and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our front office. Thank you!

Mobile Food Bank Coming to Thomson-McDuffie Middle School on November 13, 2020

Please see the attached revised flyer with information about the Mobile Food Distribution that will be held by the McDuffie County School System and Golden Harvest Food Bank on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE - the location has been changed to Thomson-McDuffie Middle School. Also, please remember that this is a contactless distribution. Recipients of food will not get out of their car. In addition, their trunk must be empty and must be able to be opened. All boxes of food items will be placed in the recipient's trunk. Food will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
