The Yearbook Club

The Yearbook Club will consist of a group of 5th grade students that represent the uniqueness of our school and who volunteer to help create the annual yearbook.

The club members help create the layout of the yearbook, create collages, and develop the overall theme. Assisted by teachers, students will use an online program to create pages, and will be primarily responsible for taking pictures. Students will design a picture page for each club and school-wide event represented at NES. Our main goal is to capture the atmosphere here at R.L. Norris Elementary School!

Students in the Yearbook Club work to improve their skills
(creativity, writing, photography, etc.) and then apply them to the yearbook.
It becomes a practice of journalism skills to stay ahead of the action and be prepared for upcoming events!

We will meet every other Tuesday after school from 3:45 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
